I am originally from New Bern, North Carolina and love Eastern North Carolina. I still have many family members who live there and enjoy the pace of life and many of the amenities such as the beach and waterways, golf, good food. The ENC, as it is called, spans far and wide and varies from larger cities such as Wilmington, New Bern, and Greenville to many small towns and geographical areas. The counties that fall within the ENC include Beaufort, Bertie, Bladen, Brunswick, Camden, Carteret, Chowan, Columbus, Craven, Cumberland, Currituck, Dare, Duplin, Edgecombe, Franklin, Gates, Granville, Greene, Halifax, Harnett, Hertford, Hyde, Johnston, Jones, Lenoir, Martin, Nash, New Hanover, Northampton, Onslow, Pamlico, Pasquotank, Pender, Perquimans, Pitt, Robeson, Sampson, Tyrrell, Vance, Wake, Warren, Washington, Wayne, and Wilson.
I focus my practice on consumer law which includes a wide variety of topics such as unfair and harassing debt collection, auto fraud, lemon law, warranty issues, junk phone calls/faxes/texts. I also handle serious personal injury and wrongful death cases as well as various other types of civil cases. And beginning December 2020 I will be expanding my practice to include some traffic ticket representation and drivers license restoration in the following counties: Craven, Jones, Lenoir, Carteret, Wayne, Onslow, Pitt, and Greene.
