As we prepare to say goodbye to yet another year I want to thank each of you for your support and inspiration. I am blessed to be heading into year 17 as owner of the O’Neal Law Office. In 2022 I was in Seattle and Phoenix and many places across North Carolina learning, helping, connecting, growing, and more. Here are some of the things I have going on right now in my professional world (feel free to click the links for more information and/or for possible assistance):
♦ Solar panel fraud especially with the demise of and bankruptcy filing by Power Home Solar dba Pink Energy which has left thousands of consumers with non-functional systems, system problems, incomplete installations, and other issues
♦ Auto dealer failure to deliver title and registration within legally allotted time frame (30 days in North Carolina)
♦ Wrongful repossession practices (even in some cases where the consumer is in default)
♦ Traffic tickets (Guilford, Forsyth, Randolph, Rockingham, Davidson, Iredell Chatham, Orange, Craven, Jones, Onslow, Lenoir and possible other counties)
♦ Mentoring younger/newer lawyers (a true win-win situation as they keep me going and teach me things constantly!)
♦ Encouraging the growth, education, and creation of more consumer lawyers (not nearly enough of us as there need to be)
Note these are just a few of my many projects and endeavors so you can tell I am quite busy. Feel free to reach out to me for assistance in my various areas of practice across North Carolina.
Happy 2023 to all and focus on what’s most important: moments and memories versus money and material things. Cheers!
